1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing, browsing, creating an account, or purchasing products from MIT Knives, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately discontinue use of this website.

2. Legal Age Requirement & Buyer Responsibility

  • Age Verification: You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your state, province, or country) to purchase cutlery, knives, or outdoor cutting tools from MIT Knives.

  • Declaration: By submitting an order, you represent and warrant that you are legally competent, of adult legal age, and legally permitted to purchase, own, and possess the ordered items within your state, region, or jurisdiction.

3. Product Representation & Handcrafted Variations

  • Artisanal Differences: Every blade offered by MIT Knives is individual, hand-forged, and hand-finished. Therefore, subtle variations in blade patterns, grain structure, handle color, horn texture, and hand-stitching on leather sheaths are natural results of handcrafted manufacturing. These subtle cosmetic variations are unique characteristics of custom cutlery and do not constitute product defects.

  • Visual Accuracy: We make every effort to display product images, colors, and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, monitor settings, lighting conditions during photography, and natural material variations may cause minor visual differences.

4. Safe Use, Misuse, & Assumption of Risk

  • Inherent Hazard: Knives, blades, axes, and cutting gear sold on this platform are inherently sharp, hazardous tools designed strictly for cutting, hunting, utility, and display purposes.

  • Assumption of Risk: By purchasing our products, you explicitly assume all risks associated with the ownership, maintenance, handling, transport, and use of the tools.

  • Limitation of Liability: MIT Knives, its owners, craftsmen, employees, or distribution partners shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, injuries, or legal actions resulting from the handling, improper use, modification, negligence, or unlawful possession of any item purchased from this website.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content published on this website—including but not limited to brand logos, custom graphics, text copywriting, product descriptions, video clips, and product layout designs—is the exclusive intellectual property of MIT Knives and is protected by international trademark, copyright, and trade dress laws. No content may be reproduced, copied, resold, or redistributed without our express written permission.

6. Order Acceptance, Errors, & Cancellations

We reserve the right to decline, modify, or cancel any order placed with us at our sole discretion. Reasons for cancellation may include, but are not limited to:

  • Stock unavailability or material shortage.

  • Inaccuracies or typographical errors in listed product prices or specifications.

  • Suspected fraudulent transactions or failure to pass payment gateway verification checks.

  • Inability to ship to specific regions due to postal carrier restrictions or legal embargos.

If your order is canceled after your payment card has been charged, MIT Knives will issue a full refund back to the original method of payment.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws governing corporate commerce and trade in Pakistan, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
